Since its inception, Museum Tumurun has worked to amass a significant collection of works of art ranging from modern art to contemporary art.

Some of the pieces now included in this collection are icons of the contemporary era; when they were first exhibited, these works made a strong impression that left no one indifferent, and over time they gained greater fame and became true landmarks in the history of contemporary art.
